CARLISLE — The funeral for Annie Bell Feaster Halsey will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at Sweet Hope Missionary Baptist Church. Pastor Jasper Featherstone will officiate and the Rev. Dr. James Caldwell will serve as eulogist. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Halsey, 89, passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at Atrium Health Mercy in Charlotte, N.C.
